Object Description: Decorated wheel held aloft with central horizontal pole connected to two (2) elabroately shaped vertical spikes on either side which are atop a three (3)-legged base. The verticle spikes are different sizes, one taller and one about half the height with a horizontal bar holding a gathering of fiber.
