This is a glass shoe souvenir made at the Libbey Glass Pavilion at the 1893 Columbian Exposition. The pavilion was designed by architect David L. Stine (1857–1941) from Toledo, Ohio and constructed on the Midway Plaisance. Stine designed the building to house 2,000 visitors and operate as a working glass factory.
