The Stryd Footpod clips onto the front of the wearer’s shoe. It is a power meter that measures the strength of a runner’s stride in watts, the cadence of their step, and their ground contact time, which can help them pace themselves and improve their efficiency. The Stryd also measures real distance in situations where GPS is not available and can connect to fitness watches or mobile phones via Bluetooth.
