This light-bending polymer cube from Sensitile Systems contains an array of acrylic pipes, which act as a 90 degree mirror by projecting a pixelated image of an adjacent object across surfaces. The cube uses the principle of total internal reflection, which occurs when light travels from a dense to a less dense medium and enters the denser material at a sufficient angle.
