Often used in automotive inspection or cable routing, this borescope from Extech Instruments serves as a remote inspection device, allowing its user to peer into tight spots while providing real-time video and image feedback. The instrument uses fiber optic cables, or thin flexible strings of glass, to enhance brightness and contrast in the images being transmitted by the camera.
